De Gamla Hus 2 at Tussmötevägen 167 was a street kiosk located in Stureplan-Svedmyra, Stockholm, specializing in barbecue and pizza. The original structure, built in the 1990s, occupied an area of 52 m². The kiosk was situated at the corner of Stureby Hospital, a facility designated as a green cultural heritage site. The hospital, a four-story building with a basement and a furnished attic, was connected to its outbuildings via a built-in corridor. During the period 1969–1974, additional tunnels were constructed to connect buildings 9, 10, 3, and 15. The kiosk had fallen into significant disrepair and was completely demolished. The owner intended to construct a new street kiosk with an expanded area of 63 m². The additional space was to extend onto land owned by MICASA Fastigheter AB, located on the west side of the original kiosk (refer to situation plan A1). The new structure was to feature a foundation made of lightweight concrete blocks, with the upper portion constructed from a wooden frame. The roof was planned to be made of wood with trusses.
